Paper Submission
To officially participate for the research presentation in the conference, kindly refer to the steps below:
- The Abstract of your researches should be submitted first for initial screening of the conference track teams. After deliberation, a notice of acceptance will be sent to your email or contact info to inform you of your submission status.
- Upon finalization and acceptance of the submitted abstracts, your full paper will now be requested for oral presentation during the conference proper and for further evaluation for Best Paper. Along with the final paper, schedule of presentation will be posted/announced on the website. For those who will not be able to present at the venue, a pre-recorded video presentation of their research will be requested.

Also, kindly refer to the ‘Important Dates’ tab to check the deadlines of the submissions.
Kindly note also that the full paper will also be required for papers wanting to be published at the SSU’s research journals the Countryside Development Research Journal (CDRJ) or the Journal of Academic Research (JAR). The JAR publishes papers as it passes the review process any time of the year while CDRJ is published at the end of the year.
