Abstract Submission Process

How to Submit

  • The abstract shall not be more than 250 words. Please use the abstract TEMPLATE given. Format shall be strictly followed. Make sure to download the template first before using the file. Before submitting, the file name must be in the following format: ‘[Surname]_[First Name]_[Abbreviation of Affiliation]_Abstract.docx’. Send your abstract via email at ipovconofficial@ssu.edu.ph.

  • The Abstract shall be contained in one paragraph, font 11 Times New Roman. The abstract must contain the following: Introduction of not greater than one sentence, another sentence for the general objectives, methodology and results discussed simultaneously and ended with the conclusion as well as the most important take-home message. Most of the discussion should be focused on the results and the meaning of the results. No literature citation is needed in the abstract; make use of this section to discuss your findings. Use five one-word (preferably) keywords that are not in the title. These keywords including the words in the title are used by search engines as tags.

  • The abstract will undergo a review process. A notification letter will be sent should your abstract be accepted and you will be invited to register as presenter to the confab.
